In 2004, Nick Christensen and Ryan Schaefer, principals of Chrisland Commercial Real Estate, Inc., were hired by the 2534 land owners to oversee the planning and development of the entire project (then 500 acres). Chrisland Commercial worked in conjunction with land planners and civil and traffic engineers to design an attractive “market driven” project with unique brand recognition. In addition, they also worked with local community officials to bring the property through the entitlement process. Chrisland Commercial, along with its investors, is now a major landowner at 2534 and no longer oversees the overall planning and development of the 542-acre master plan community.

The Plaza at 2534

Located across the street from a new 700,000 square foot Regional Lifestyle Center and within the prestigious 2534 master-planned community, The Plaza at 2534 features some of Northern Colorado's finest retail and restaurant sites. Prestigious office building for lease at key regional address. The Office at 2534 is a new 85,000+ square foot, multi-tenant, Class A office building that will be built within the 2534 development. The building will feature some of the finest architecture, finishes and features in the region.
