A Greeley-based medical property developer has acquired 2.5 acres of land at the 2534 commercial center in Johnstown and will build multiple medical office buildings.
RMSW LLC, a company formed earlier this year with a west Greeley address listed on state records, paid $762,300 for the land, a purchase price that works out to $7 per square foot.
The seller, Gerrard Development Corp., was represented by Nick Christensen and Ryan Schaefer, principals of Chrisland Inc. and the most active brokers on the 542-acre 2534 project, spread over the southeast quadrant of the U.S. Highway 34-Interstate 25 junction.
Sandy Markley of Premier Properties and Investments represented RMSW in the transaction.
2534 is a master-planned, mixed use community that features retail, office, light industrial and upper-end residential properties.
