So why do I need a buyer/tenant representative? Quite simply, there isn't a compelling reason not to have a representative. Most companies would benefit from our expert advice on market conditions, identifying suitable properties, transaction terms and other details. Typically, there is no direct cost to you as we are very often paid by the listing broker (under their existing listing agreement). As a result, it is surprising to us that any buyer or tenant would choose not to engage a real estate professional to provide expert real estate advice.
